External collaborators

Invite your customers, clients and vendors into the project.

They join the project you're already running — no new tool for them to buy and nothing to set up. You share what they need, they do their part, and everyone talks in the same place.

One payment, not another subscription.

An external collaborator seat is bought once. There are two ways to cover it, and you pick per invitation.

Your organization buys the seats

Buy a pool of seats at $8 each, one time. Seats are reusable — free a collaborator and the seat goes straight back to the pool for the next one.

Or the collaborator pays

Send the invitation and let them cover it — $15 once, when they accept. Nothing is charged to your organization.

External collaborators are available on Team plans and above.

Scoped to one project. Nothing else.

A collaborator is invited to a single project and only ever exists inside it. The rest of your organization is not theirs to see.

What they can do

  • See exactly what you share with them inside that one project.
  • Complete the work assigned to them — tasks, forms, approvals, uploads.
  • Talk with you in Feed and Conversations, always available to them.
  • Sign in with their own account — no shared passwords, and you can free the seat at any time.

What they can't do

  • Create new items or start work of their own.
  • Roam the rest of your organization — every other project stays invisible.
  • See or manage your members, your billing, or your organization settings.

What people bring collaborators in for

Same project, same apps, same conversation — the other side just gets the part that belongs to them.

Client projects & deliverables

Give each client a window into their own project — the deliverables, the status, the approvals — instead of an email thread per revision.

Events & invitations

Bring performers, sponsors and coordinators into the run of show. Everyone sees the same schedule and the same changes.

Planning & appointments

Let the other side pick a slot, confirm it and reschedule inside the project instead of over five phone calls.

Support tickets & requests

Your customer opens the ticket in the project, sees exactly where it stands, and answers your questions without leaving it.

Field routes & site visits

Contractors and technicians see the stops assigned to them and close them out on the spot, with photos and notes attached.

Forms & intake

Send the form once. The response, the follow-up and the documents all land in the project instead of your inbox.

Bring the other side in.

External collaborators come with Team plans and above — invite your first one from any project you run.
