After a one-hour strategy call, you speak your recap into Attain OS via voice. Atty listens, picks out the decisions, action items, and owners, then drafts a structured Notes record with bullet points and a summary. You open it, adjust a couple of details, and share it with the team — no second pass needed.
You're walking the dog and a brilliant product feature pops into your head. You pull out your phone and say, 'Atty, note: add a dark mode toggle with auto-schedule.' Atty records the idea and immediately drafts a Notes record with the concept, potential implementation steps, and a tag for 'Product Ideas'. Later, you review and route it to the Backlog or Tasks.
A client sends a long WhatsApp message with feedback. You forward it to Atty. Atty extracts the key points, categorises them (bugs, feature requests, compliments), and drafts a Notes record that's ready for your team. You add a couple of clarifications and link it to the customer's profile in People — all within Attain OS, no copy-paste.
Tell Atty what you remember — via voice, WhatsApp, or web chat. Say something like 'Atty, take notes from today's 2pm call with Sarah about the Q3 launch.' No formatting needed; just speak naturally.
Atty processes your input and creates a structured Notes record inside Attain OS. It includes a title, date, summary, key points, and action items. The draft is saved and ready for your review — you get a polished version in seconds.
Open the Notes record in the Notes app. Read through Atty's draft. Add details, reorder points, or delete anything that doesn't fit. You're in control — Atty gave you a 90% complete start, you make it perfect.
Once you're happy, publish the note. It becomes searchable, and you can link it to relevant People, Tasks, or Projects. The note is now part of your Attain OS knowledge base — no export needed.
A close-to-finished draft — not a blank page. Here's the kind of result the flow hands you, ready to review, tweak, and publish.
No. Attain OS does not offer real-time transcription. You input your notes after the meeting (via voice, WhatsApp, or web chat), and Atty drafts a structured record from your summary. It's designed to save you time on writing up notes, not to replace being present.
No. Attain OS does not integrate or sync with any third-party app. Attain OS replaces those tools. You can copy-paste manually if needed, but the system is built for you to stay inside Attain OS for all your note-taking and productivity needs.
Attain OS does not export to external formats. However, you can copy the text from a Notes record and paste it into an email, document, or chat. For the best experience, invite the other person to use Attain OS — they can then access the note directly.
Atty is great at turning conversational or bullet-point input into structured notes — especially meeting minutes, idea captures, and client feedback. It works best when you provide a clear context (who, what, when) and let Atty organise the details.
