You're out in the field and need to know the latest on a customer issue. You open Atty Chat on your phone and type, "What's the status of the Smith project?" Atty pulls the relevant data from Customer Management and Tasks, responds with a concise summary, and offers an action card to update the task. Later, you can review the entire chat thread as a record.
Driving home after a client meeting, ideas are flooding your mind. You tap the voice note button and speak your thoughts — action items, follow-ups, key decisions. Atty transcribes the voice note, extracts the actionable items, and drafts a Chat record that includes a summary and linked tasks. Next morning, you review and publish it to your team.
Your team is spread across time zones, and you need to align on next steps. Instead of a long email thread, you use Atty Chat to send a voice message outlining the plan. Atty creates a structured Chat record with a summary, deadlines, and assigned people. Each team member can reply via chat, and Atty appends their responses, building a comprehensive record over time.
Open Atty Chat and type your message or tap the voice button to speak. You can ask a question, give a command, or just dictate a note. Atty listens and understands your intent based on your project context.
From your conversation, Atty automatically generates a Chat record. It includes a title, a summary of the exchange, key points, and any linked items (tasks, contacts, documents). You see the draft instantly.
Read through the draft. You can edit the summary, add or remove linked items, or change the title. Atty's draft is a starting point — you have full control to polish it before publishing.
Once satisfied, publish the Chat record. It becomes searchable within Attain OS, linked to relevant projects and contacts. Team members can view it, and it serves as an official log of the conversation.
A close-to-finished draft — not a blank page. Here's the kind of result the flow hands you, ready to review, tweak, and publish.
Yes. Atty Chat supports voice input — you can send voice notes or use voice mode for real-time conversation. Atty transcribes and processes everything, so you never have to type if you don't want to.
Every chat interaction is captured as a Chat record draft. You choose whether to publish it as an official record. Unpublished drafts remain private to you.
Absolutely. Atty has access to your Tasks, Contacts, Documents, and more. When you ask a question, it surfaces relevant data from those apps to provide a contextual answer.
There is no hard limit in Attain OS. However, for best transcription accuracy, we recommend keeping voice notes under 10 minutes. Longer recordings can be split into multiple notes.
