When a new designer joins, you open the Team record in Attain OS, add their name, role ("Senior Product Designer"), and reporting line (reports to the Head of Design). Atty drafts a short bio from the project context — skills, past projects, start date. You review, add a welcome note, and publish. Now the whole company sees the newcomer's profile in The Feed.
Your COO decides to merge the Content and Marketing teams. Instead of updating three different documents, you edit the Team record in Attain OS: reassign reports, rename the department, and mark old roles as archived. Atty suggests a new reporting tree based on your existing entries. You approve the draft, and everyone sees the updated org in real-time.
A customer escalates a billing problem. You open the Team record, search "billing support," and find the person with that role. Their direct line, email, and manager are right there. You click the WhatsApp + Atty button to message them instantly — no switching apps. The issue gets resolved in minutes instead of hours.
Navigate to the Team app in Attain OS. Atty greets you and asks if you want to create a new team member or update an existing one. You choose "Add new."
Type the person's name, job title, and department. Atty pulls context from your project — past notes, emails, and documents — to infer their reporting line and key responsibilities. You see a draft suggestion appear.
Atty writes a complete Team record entry: role description, direct reports, contact details, and a short bio. You check for accuracy, adjust the reporting line if needed, and add any custom tags (e.g., "Remote" or "On leave").
You hit publish. The record goes live in the Team app and surfaces in The Feed for everyone. No email, no Slack message — the team just knows. Later, Atty can update the record when you mention changes in chat.
A close-to-finished draft — not a blank page. Here's the kind of result the flow hands you, ready to review, tweak, and publish.
No, Attain OS doesn't import from or sync with any third-party tools. You add people manually or have Atty draft entries from your project context. It's a fresh start that keeps your team data self-contained and secure.
Open the Team record, find the person, and edit their role, department, or reporting line. Atty will ask if you want to propagate changes to related records (like Tasks or Backlog). Once you save, the update is visible across Attain OS.
The Team app displays each person as a record with fields for role and reporting line. There isn't a graphical org chart, but you can search and filter by department or manager to quickly understand the structure.
Atty only drafts content based on your input and project context. Records don't sync or update automatically from external sources. You review and approve every change before it goes live.
