A venue booking request gives the venue the date, the times, the expected headcount and the room setup, so it can check availability and reply with a yes, a request for changes or a decline. It also asks about catering, equipment and insurance, because those can decide whether a booking goes ahead. Treat the form as a request, not a booking, until the venue confirms the date and its terms in writing.

Send this request before you commit to a date. The venue checks availability and replies with what it can offer.
Thanks. The venue will check the date and reply with its terms. This request is not a confirmed booking until the venue confirms it in writing.
Give your first choice, and list alternates in the notes.
Enter the most people you expect in the room at one time.
Choose who will provide the food and drink.
Each request is stored, and a scheduled job processes it. That job runs hourly in production, after which the form's creator is notified. Check the grid again before you rely on a count.
Open the grid, copy the date and times into your calendar, and look for conflicts with setup and teardown before anyone replies.
The form does not send a quote or a confirmation. Reply from your own email with what the venue can offer, its terms, and the date you need an answer by.
When the form creates Customer Care cases, each request can carry a priority, tags and an assignee. One person then owns the venue from the first question to the final terms.
Not quite. A booking for an internal meeting room usually asks for a room and a time. A venue request for an outside space also asks for headcount, setup, catering and insurance, because another business is granting use of its space.
No. The request asks for availability and a quote. The booking is confirmed when the venue confirms it in writing on its own terms, and your counsel should review those terms. This form does not produce a PDF or take a signature.
Send it as soon as you have a date and a rough headcount. Ask the venue how far ahead it takes requests for popular dates, because that rule differs from one space to the next.
Yes. In Attain OS you can build the request as a form, share it by a link, and read the answers in a grid with CSV export. It does not check venue availability for you or send quotes.
Choose a category and a form type in the wizard. Answer three Atty Suggestions questions, then give the form a title. Atty builds the fields in the background. Edit the fields and ask Atty to refine them, then publish and share the /f/ link.
