Responses are collected in the Forms app within Attain OS. You can open each submission, see aggregate view, or export data as a document. All data remains in your Attain OS environment.
Yes. When creating the form, you can choose not to include any identifying fields (like name or email). Attain OS does not automatically track respondents unless you add a field for it.
