Several owners and a due date on every task
Assign a task to more than one person and add a due date, labels and a checklist with nested items.
Assign a task to one or more people, give it a due date, repeat the ones that come back every week and follow the work on a board. Atty drafts tasks and you approve them.
Small teams rarely need a full project-management suite. They need to know who is doing what and by when, and to stop retyping the same weekly chores. Tasks in Attain OS is a straightforward team task manager. Each task has one or more assignees, a due date, labels, a checklist with nested items and an optional link to a customer. Tasks can repeat every set number of days, weeks or months, and a board view shows the work as it moves along. It lives in the same workspace as your customers, calendar and bookings, so a task is never far from the person it is for.
Assign a task to more than one person and add a due date, labels and a checklist with nested items.
Repeat a task every set number of days, weeks or months instead of recreating it by hand.
See tasks on a board as well as in a list, and pin the ones that matter most.
Attach a customer to a task so the work always names who it is for.
Assignments and status changes notify each person in the app, by push or email, and on WhatsApp where your organization has it enabled.
Every task carries its assignees, an optional due date, labels and a checklist whose items can be nested, so a job like preparing an open day breaks into steps without turning into five separate tasks. You can attach an image and pin the tasks that should stay on top. Status changes notify the people involved according to their own notification preferences. For a fuller kanban with custom statuses, task types and priority levels, the Work Board app is built for that, and it lives in the same workspace.
Set a task to repeat every number of days, weeks or months and a new copy is created for you. A daily job handles this at midnight UTC, so a repeat appears with that run, not at a time you choose. When a task has a due date, a due-date event appears in the shared Calendar with a reminder at the due time. There is no option to be reminded an hour before, so set the due time with that in mind. Calendar events can also be downloaded as an .ics file.
This is a good fit when a small team needs clear owners, dates and repeating chores next to customers and bookings. It is not built for heavy project planning. There are no task comments, no dependencies or Gantt charts, no time tracking and no permission groups, and two people editing the same task do not see each other's changes live. If those decide it, a dedicated project-management tool will serve you better.
The studio has chores that come back every month: send invoices, renew software, back up project files. The owner creates each once, sets it to repeat monthly and assigns it to whoever handles it. A new copy is created each cycle, the assignee is notified, and the due date appears in the shared calendar. One-off jobs sit next to them on the board.
A coordinator adds a task called Call back about the gutter quote, links it to the customer and assigns it to a colleague with a due date. The colleague gets the assignment notification, ticks the checklist items as they go, and the coordinator sees the status change on the board without asking for an update.
Type it in the web chat, send a WhatsApp message or record a voice note, for example who should do it and by when.
It looks up the customer and the people involved so the task can point at the right ones.
You get a draft with the title, assignees, due date and checklist items filled in from what you said.
Nothing is created until you approve. Ask for a change in the same chat and approve the new version.
A close-to-finished draft — not a blank page. Here's the kind of result the flow hands you, ready to review, tweak, and publish.
Yes. A task can have several assignees, and each one is notified according to their own preferences.
Yes. A task can repeat every set number of days, weeks or months. A daily job creates the new copy at midnight UTC.
No. Tasks have a checklist and labels, but no comment thread. Team chat lives in the separate Conversations app.
Attain OS is not a live-collaboration tool. Pages fetch the latest saved data, and if two people save the same task, the last save wins.
No. For simple owner, date and status tracking it works well; for heavy project planning it is not the right tool.
You can import a CSV of tasks into Attain OS and export tasks to CSV. There is no direct import or sync with other task products.
