19 built-in apps + Atty in one workspace
Customers, tasks, calendar, forms, appointments, budgets, documents and more, sharing the same people and customers.
Customers, bookings, requests, tasks, calendars and budgets in one workspace, with Atty, your AI agent, to draft the routine work while a person approves it.
Most small businesses run on a patchwork: a spreadsheet for customers, a scheduling tool, a form tool, a task app, a shared calendar and a folder of documents. Attain OS replaces that patchwork with 19 built-in apps + Atty in a single workspace that works in the browser on any device. It is called an operating system because the apps share the same customers, people and calendar, not because you install it. It is a place to run the day, not a layer that connects to your other software.
Customers, tasks, calendar, forms, appointments, budgets, documents and more, sharing the same people and customers.
Online bookings add customers to your records, and a public form can open a support case for each request.
Appointments block the calendar, and task and case due dates appear in the same view.
Atty, the built-in AI agent, prepares changes in web chat, WhatsApp or voice notes and waits for your approval.
Share a booking page or a form link and the person on the other end needs no account.
Customers live in Customer Management, and the people who book appointments arrive there through the booking page in Appointments. Requests come in through Forms and are worked in Customer Care. The team's work goes in Tasks or the Work Board, with Routes for visits in the order you choose and a shared Calendar underneath. Budgets track project costs, and Reconciliations covers bill payments and balance projections. The rest are Team, Notes, Documents, Emails, Saves, Conversations, Shopping List, Content Creator and Sharing Hub.
Atty is the AI agent inside the workspace. Ask it in web chat, by WhatsApp or with a voice note, and it looks up the customer, task or booking it needs, prepares the change and shows you exactly what it will do. It can draft tasks, cases, customers, notes, documents, calendar events, appointments, routes, shopping lists and bill payments. Nothing changes until a person approves. WhatsApp and voice are enabled per organization on request.
Attain OS does not connect to your other products: there is no sync, import or export with Google, Outlook, Slack or accounting tools, and calendar events only download as an .ics file. It is not a live-collaboration tool, so if two people save the same item the last save wins. Budgets are project cost trackers with amounts shown in US dollars, not accounting software. See Pricing for plans.
Requests from a public form set to open cases wait for the coordinator to assign. Customers who book a service through the booking page are added to Customer Management and block the calendar. The dispatcher builds a route for the day with the stops in the order she chooses, and each technician marks stops done. Callbacks become tasks linked to the customer and due the same week.
The studio keeps the event on the shared calendar with RSVPs, tracks estimated and actual costs in a budget, and keeps supplier documents and notes beside it. A shopping list covers what to buy, and tasks with owners and due dates make sure the run of show gets done. Atty drafts the tasks from a voice note and the owner approves them.
Use the web chat, a WhatsApp message or a voice note, where your organization has them enabled.
It reads the customer, booking or task involved instead of asking you to look it up.
The proposed change appears as a draft with the details spelled out.
Only then does the change happen. Ask for another version if it is not right.
A close-to-finished draft — not a blank page. Here's the kind of result the flow hands you, ready to review, tweak, and publish.
