SIMPLE CRM FOR SMALL BUSINESS

A simple CRM for small business: customers, follow-up and nothing to configure

Keep each customer's details in one record, link the tasks, cases and bookings that belong to them, and let your booking page add new customers for you. It is a customer book, not a sales-pipeline tool.

A record for every customer
Contact preferences on the record
Booking pages that add customers
Work linked to the customer

A lot of small businesses do not need deals, stages and forecasts. They need to know who the customer is, how to reach them and what is open for them right now. In Attain OS every customer has a record with contact details, a preferred contact method and language, labels and your own custom fields. Tasks, support cases, routes, shopping lists and budgets can carry a link to the customer, and appointments booked online attach to the record. You can send a one-off email from the customer page and it is logged in a Communications tab.

A record for every customer

Name, email, phone, mobile, work phone, title, address, labels and free-form custom fields, in one place.

Contact preferences on the record

Note that a customer uses WhatsApp or Telegram, their preferred contact method and their preferred language, English or Spanish.

Booking pages that add customers

An online booking finds the customer by email, then phone, or creates the record if it is new.

Work linked to the customer

Tasks, support cases, routes, shopping lists and budgets can each carry a customer link.

One-off emails logged on the record

Send an email from the customer page and see it in the Communications tab.

A simple CRM for small business, built around the customer record

The customer record holds what you need to contact someone and remember them: name, email and several phone numbers, a note of whether they use WhatsApp or Telegram, a preferred contact method, a preferred language, title, address and labels. Custom fields are free-form, so a groomer can keep a dog's name and a contractor a gate code. Search works by customer name. There is no scoring, no stages and no reports, which keeps setup to almost nothing.

How customers get into the CRM

You can add customers by hand. Customers who book through your booking page are added automatically: Attain OS looks for a match by email, then by phone, and creates a record only if there is none. A public form adds a customer only when that form is set to open a support case for each submission and the respondent gave an email address. There is no CSV import for customers, so an existing list has to be added by hand.

What this CRM does not do

It is not a sales CRM. There are no deals, pipeline stages or forecasts. It does not capture inbound email, send mass email to your list or connect to other products. There is no WhatsApp inbox and no full timeline of everything that happened with a customer. What you get is a clean customer book, linked to your tasks, cases and appointments, for businesses that sell by conversation and repeat visits rather than by a funnel.

Real-world scenarios

How teams use it in the real world

A dog groomer with repeat clients

Each new client books through the groomer's booking page, and their record is created from the booking. The groomer adds the dog's name and coat notes as custom fields, marks WhatsApp as the preferred contact and sets the language to Spanish for a client who prefers it. Next time, everything needed for the visit is on one page.

A renovation contractor following up on quotes

After a site visit the contractor creates a task, Call back about the quote, linked to the customer and due on Thursday. A budget for the kitchen job carries the same customer link. Nothing is forecast or scored; the contractor simply sees which customers have open work attached.

With Atty

How Atty gets you to a near-finished draft faster

  1. 1
    Describe the customer

In the web chat, over WhatsApp or by voice note, give Atty a name and whatever contact details you have.

  2. 2
    Atty checks for a match

It looks through your customers first so you do not end up with a duplicate record.

  3. 3
    Atty prepares the change

You see a new record or an update to an existing one, and optionally a follow-up task linked to that customer.

  4. 4
    You confirm

The customer is only created or changed after you approve the draft.

Frequently asked questions

Is Attain OS a WhatsApp CRM?

No. WhatsApp is how you and your team talk to Atty, our AI agent, with linked accounts and your approval before any change, and it is enabled per organization on request. There is no WhatsApp inbox for customer conversations, but you can record that a customer uses WhatsApp and their preferred contact method.

Is this a HubSpot or Salesforce replacement?

No. There is no sales pipeline, no deal stages and no import from those products. It fits a small business that wants a simple customer book linked to its tasks, cases and bookings.

Can I import my customer list from a spreadsheet?

Not yet. CSV import and export are not available for customers, so existing customers need to be added by hand or through your booking page.

Can I email all my customers at once?

No. You can send a one-off email from a single customer's page, and it is logged in that customer's Communications tab. There is no mass email from the CRM.

Are customers added automatically?

Yes for online bookings, which match on email and then phone or create the record. Public forms add a customer only when case creation is on and the respondent gave an email.

Can I search by phone number or email?

No. Customer search works by name.
