SHARED SHOPPING LIST APP

A shared shopping list app that updates on every device in your workspace

Everyone in your workspace sees the same items and sees them checked off, sorted by aisle if you like. Atty can add items when you ask, and you approve first.

Assignee, due date and repeat

A shared shopping list is simple until two people buy the same milk or nobody knows what has already been bought. In Attain OS a list belongs to the workspace, so everyone who is a member sees the same items, and sees them checked off as they change, on any device with a browser. Lists can have an assignee, a due date and a repeat schedule, and the AI can sort a list into departments and aisles for the store you choose. Atty can add, remove or check off items when you ask, and you approve the change before it happens.

Lists shared across your workspace

Members see the same lists and items, and additions and check-offs reach their devices as they change.

Sort by aisle with AI

Pick the store and the AI groups the list into departments and aisles.

An item library

Reuse items you buy often from your item library instead of typing them again.

Assignee, due date and repeat

Give a list an owner, a due date and a repeat schedule. The due date appears on the calendar.

Atty adds items for you to approve

Ask Atty in chat to add, remove or check off items. Each change waits for your approval.

Sharing a list with a household or a small team

Anyone in your Attain OS workspace can open its lists, add items and check them off, and the changes reach the other members' screens as they happen. That fits a couple or housemates on the small Household plan (see Pricing for what it includes) and small teams buying supplies for an office, a shop or a job. You can also attach a customer to a list, which helps when the team is buying materials for a specific client. The shared calendar app page explains how list due dates appear on the calendar.

What the public link does and does not do

You can create a public link for a list. Anyone who opens it needs no account and can tick items off, but those ticks are saved only in that visitor's own browser. They do not update your list and nobody else sees them. Use the link to show someone a list, not to work on it together. For a list the whole household edits, invite people into the workspace so they see the same items.

Lists that fit a real shopping week

Reuse items from your item library instead of retyping the usual ones. Give the weekly shop a repeat schedule and a due date so it shows on the calendar. Run the aisle sort before you leave and the list is grouped by department. Atty can add the items you name, but there is no recipe import and no meal planner, so the list holds what you put on it.

Real-world scenarios

How teams use it in the real world

Two flatmates keep one weekly list

One adds oat milk and eggs during the week, the other sees them appear and adds dish soap. On shopping day whoever goes runs the aisle sort and ticks items as they go, and the other sees them checked. The list repeats every week, so the staples come back without retyping.

A small café orders its supplies

The manager makes a Supplier order list, assigns it to the person opening on Thursday and sets that day as the due date, so it shows on the shared calendar. Team members add items as stock runs low. Nothing is bought through Attain OS; the list is what the buyer takes to the supplier.

Frequently asked questions

Do items update on other people's phones?

Yes, for people in your workspace: additions and check-offs reach their devices as they change. Attain OS runs in the browser on any device.

Can someone without an account check off items?

They can tick items on a public link, but those ticks stay in their own browser and do not update your list. To see their check-offs in your list, they need to be a member of the workspace.

Can the list sort itself by aisle?

Yes. Choose your shopping location and the AI organizes the list into departments and aisles.

Can Atty add items to a list?

Yes. Atty can create lists and add, remove or check off items in web chat, and each change waits for your approval.

Can I import a recipe or plan meals?

No. Atty adds the items you name, but there is no recipe import and no meal planner.

How many people can share a list?

Everyone in the workspace can see its lists. How many members a plan includes is on Pricing.
