Pickup only
Customers collect every order at the counter, so delivery questions would only confuse them.

An online ordering form lets a customer list the food they want, the quantity of each item, and when they will collect it. It records the request for your kitchen or counter team; it does not total the order, take payment or tell the customer when the food is ready. Set a cutoff time in your own process and tell customers what it is, because submissions are processed by a job that runs hourly in production.

Customers collect every order at the counter, so delivery questions would only confuse them.
Your own staff or drivers deliver some orders and need an address and a window instead of a pickup time.
Example only, not a real submission
| Field | Type | Required | Why you ask it |
|---|---|---|---|
Customer name | Short text | Required | Lets your team call the right customer when the order is ready or if an item is unavailable. |
Phone number | Phone | Required | Gives the team a way to resolve a question about an item before the customer arrives. |
Pickup date | Date | Required | Places the order on the right day's production list. |
Pickup timeFor example, 6:15 PM | Short text | Required | Customers choose a time your team can meet. Write it as text, so the team can read it against its own schedule. |
Order items and quantitiesOne item per line, with the quantity first, for example 2 x house salad. | Long text | Required | Is the order itself. Ask for item names as they appear on your current menu so the kitchen reads them the same way. |
Order typePickupDelivery by our team | Single choice | Required | Tells the team whether to expect the customer at the counter or to plan a delivery. |
Delivery addressLeave this blank for pickup orders. | Long text | Optional | Needed only if your team delivers the order itself. |
Allergy or dietary noticeName the food or ingredient. For fuller guidance, see the allergy and dietary notice form. | Long text | Optional | Records a food allergy or dietary need for the kitchen to read. Submissions are processed hourly, so also tell staff at pickup. |
Order notes | Long text | Optional | Captures instructions that do not belong to a single item, such as packing sauce on the side. |
Card numbers do not belong in an online order form. Attain OS has no checkout, so decide how the customer settles the order and say so on the form before they submit.
The form cannot show a menu with prices in a cart or total an order. If you type prices into the item field, they will need editing whenever the menu changes, so ask for item names and quantities only.
The form gives the customer no tracking page and sends no status message on its own. Tell customers when to call or come in, and say what happens if the order is not ready at that time.
A submission sent at 5:50 PM may not be processed until the next hourly run. Publish a cutoff and treat anything later as the next day's order.
Attain OS shows each submission in a grid, and you can export the list as a CSV file. Read it before the rush and move each order onto the production sheet your kitchen already uses.
The form does not send confirmations or status updates. Your team confirms the time with the customer by phone or through its own messages, and records any change in its own system.
An hourly job in production handles each submission, and only then does the form's creator get notified. Check the grid again just before your cutoff, so every order sent before it is on the list you prepare from.
A dietary or allergy note can reach the person preparing the order after the order itself. Pass the note to that person at the time of preparation, and do not rely on the form alone for a same-day notice.
No. Attain OS does not take payments, and the form has no card fields or totals. Decide how customers settle the order, such as at pickup, and say so on the form before they submit.
A spreadsheet or document of your own can take this field list as its outline. Keep item names, quantities and a pickup time, and remove any field you will not read before the order is prepared.
The form does not show a menu with prices in a cart or calculate a total. Ask for item names and quantities, and keep prices on the menu or price list customers see before they order.
No. The form gives customers no tracking page and no status updates. Tell customers when to call or come in, and update them through your own phone or message process.
It can be, if you take a limited number of pickup orders and someone can read the submissions before each service. A small team needs a cutoff and one named person who reads the list, because nothing in the form does that job for you.
Choose a category and a form type in the wizard. Answer three Atty Suggestions questions, then give the form a title. Atty builds the fields in the background. Edit the fields and ask Atty to refine them, then publish and share the /f/ link.
