A county GOP chair needs to equip 40 precinct captains with an identical packet: turf maps, walk lists, talking points, and a door-knocking script. Instead of emailing attachments that get lost or edited, they build a Document in Attain OS, attach the Route from Routes app, and add a Form for captains to submit daily reports. Atty drafts the packet from the chair's notes; they review, publish, and share a single link. No version drift.
After a fundraiser, the finance director wants to send personalized thank-you emails that reinforce the campaign's three core promises. They open the Emails app, describe the donor tier and key promises, and Atty drafts a template. The director reviews for tone — keeping it conservative, not flowery — adjusts one line, and sends. No spreadsheet of email addresses, no mail-merge fails.
A field director has a volunteer cancel two hours before a Saturday canvass. They open Routes, reassign the turf to a different volunteer, and use the People app to text the new walk list via WhatsApp + Atty. Atty drafts a brief script explaining the change. The volunteer gets it on their phone, no app install needed. The field director doesn't touch a spreadsheet.
Open the Dashboard and tap 'New Project.' Name it something specific — 'County GOP Precinct Packet' — so Atty knows the context. Attach any existing notes or documents you have: talking points, map boundaries, script outlines. Atty reads all of it.
In the Atty Chat (web, WhatsApp, or voice), say something like: 'Draft a one-page precinct captain guide that includes the three talking points from my notes, the route map link, and a daily report form.' Atty processes your project context and generates a first draft.
Atty deposits the draft into the Documents app. You open it, read through, tweak the language to match your candidate's voice, and add a signature block. No formatting battles — it's already structured. When you're satisfied, publish it so your team gets a clean link.
Use the People app to share the document link with precinct captains. Want to confirm they read it? Attach a Form for their acknowledgment. Atty can even draft a quick broadcast message for WhatsApp + Atty or Emails. Everything stays inside Attain OS. No Google Drive, no Slack, no Excel.
A close-to-finished draft — not a blank page. Here's the kind of result the flow hands you, ready to review, tweak, and publish.
No. Attain OS does not export or import data to or from any third-party product. It is designed to replace those tools entirely. You enter donor information directly into the People or Customer Management apps, and everything stays inside Attain OS. If you need to share data with a campaign consultant, they can get a login to your instance — but no CSV handoffs.
No. Attain OS replaces external email and messaging tools. You use the built-in Emails app and WhatsApp + Atty for direct communication. There is no integration with Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Twilio, or any other service. This keeps your campaign data self-contained and secure.
No. Attain OS does not offer real-time multi-user collaboration. Team members can take turns editing a document, or you can assign each person their own copy. However, the single-source-of-truth nature of Attain OS means there's no confusion about which version is current — only the published one matters.
