What changes

In Attain OS the work order is the unit, and it travels complete. It carries the customer, the address, the scope, the assigned technician, the access notes, the service form to fill out, the parts, and the history of every prior visit to that same location. The technician opens it on a phone and has everything the office knows.

Dispatch stops being a phone call. The day is built as routed stops per technician, in order, with the board showing who is on what and what is still unassigned. The job closes itself into evidence. The form is completed on site, the photos attach, the customer signs on the screen, and the completion time is recorded where the work happened.
